1. How can you return a product to ECOLIGHTER?

Send us a message letting us know you wish to return the order.
Take the box (or boxes) to a parcel point and keep the receipt you receive (the cost of a return is for your own account).
Once you have let us know that you wish to return a product, we will let our warehouse know that your package(s) are on their way to us. When the parcel arrives, we check the contents of the box for possible defects. If everything is found to be in order, we will refund the full purchase price (without shipping costs). You will then receive the amount to be refunded within 7 working days, which can take up to 14 days (after receipt of the goods).

2. When can you return an order to ECOLIGHTER and what do we not accept?

Below is a brief explanation of what we do not accept in the case of a return.

ECOLIGHTER will not accept your return if:

The product contains signs of use. The product must be free of wear, wood residue/use marks, hair and other items that do not belong on the product.
The product is no longer in its original packaging.
The product is damaged by use and/or unsalable after receipt by ECOLIGHTER.
Should this be the case, we will contact you and return the package to you.

3. Refund from ECOLIGHTER

At ECOLIGHTER, we operate a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If a product is not to your satisfaction, we will work with you to find an appropriate solution. Should you not be satisfied with the product, you can return the product, provided it meets the previously mentioned conditions.

Once the product has been returned to us, we will refund the amount to your account (with which you have paid with us, we cannot transfer amounts to other accounts) including any shipping costs you may have paid with us, maximum 14 days later (1-2 working days on average).

You will not receive a refund from us:

Any surcharges
