Payment methods at Eco-lighter.com

Eco-lighter.com offers you the most common payment methods available within Europe. You will find all payment methods under the tab at the bottom of the page .

 

2. Order

Order process

1) Create an account on the website www.Eco-lighter.com (useful for future orders!).

2) Choose the one you prefer from all our products and put it in the shopping cart.

- Have you chosen the right products?

- Have you taken the delivery time into account (average 1-3 working days)?

3) Select checkout

- Are there any special instructions or directions that we should take with us?

4) Check your address and contact details

- Is the address correct?

- Are your contact details correct?

- Would you like to be kept informed of promotions, etc. via our newsletter?

5) Shipping

Zone 1

  • Nederland & België - Tot €35,- brengen wij €3,95 verzendkosten in rekening. Boven €35,- is het GRATIS
  • Duitsland - Tot €50,- brengen wij €9,95 verzendkosten in rekening. Boven €50,- is het GRATIS
  • Frankrijk, Oostenrijk en Denemarken - Tot €50,- brengen wij €12,50 verzendkosten in rekening. Boven €50,- is het GRATIS

Zone 2

  • Sweden, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Slovenia, Slovakia, Poland, Czech Republic, Hungary, Latvia, Ireland and Estonia - Free shipping is available above the order value of €75,-. Below that we charge €19,95.

Zone 3

  • Finland, Lithuania, Bulgaria & Croatia - Free shipping is available over the order value of €150,-. Below that we charge €29,95

 

3. Returns

4. Delivery times

Delivery times at Eco-lighter.com are on average between 1-3 working days for the BeNeLux.

For Germany, France & Austria this is on average 2-4 working days (track and trace provided)

For all other countries in Europe it's between 3-7 working days (track and trace provided)

If a product is not in stock, we will mention this in the first paragraph of the product page ( also in case of pre-order, we will mention an expected delivery time ).

5. Complaints

Of course, it may happen that you are not satisfied or have a comment about our product, service or delivery. In that case, we would always ask you to contact our customer service. You do this via 'contact'. For more information about warranty, please see our warranty policy .
